We stayed here in September for 5 nights. The studio apartment was very well equipped and spotlessly clean. All mod cons and a very comfy bed. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. This little gem is in a first class location, a short walk away from Portobello Road with its weekend market and all its trendy bars and restaurants. Tube station is about a 5 minute walk away-we wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again

Our stay at this hotel was part of our honeymoon and we were delighted that we were upgraded to a premium studio. we were in london for the n/hill carnival and found the location to be ideal - very close to the pararde route. our room was very clean and modern in decor - just as the photos show. the staff were great and extremely helpful. i would definitely stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it enough

we stayed here recently for a 3 day stay and could not have faulted it. This is a first class location, grade of apartment and the hospitality and quality of service from Sean and especially Dave was world class. They have it spot on as the service and accommodation have been blended to satisfy the guests every need and i cannot see why this would not be considered a 5 star as it meets every criteria in my book.
(p.s ignore anyones previous comments on the towels as the towels smell lovely)

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. room is modern and clean. kitchen is well equipt. close to station and shopping.
